It’s no secret, the world is facing some tough times, and many of us find ourselves struggling. While improving the situation on a global scale may take some time, it’s well worth finding a few ways to improve our respective moods, which may help improve our outlook. Go for a walk. Sometimes the best possible way to clear your head and get yourself ready for some new ideas is to go for a walk. Take some deep breaths. Feel your heart racing as soon as you turn on the news? You’re not alone, but all it takes are some deep breaths to help calm yourself and improve your mood. Sit down or lie down, whichever is more comfortable, and take a few moments to focus on your breath. Starting with some regular breathing, make those breaths progressively deeper and in no time you’ll feel the resulting wave of calm.
